In the past I have
written about the unsavoury practice of men urinating in public,
and especially in front of our house, and our neighbours, here in
Spain.
Since that time nothing has changed;
those type of men still act like street dogs. They have no pride or
decorum.
I previously said that I was seriously
considering photographing the offenders, ensuring they can be
identified, and then posting their picture on the internet, and that
perhaps they or their friends might see them and cause them some
embarrassment.
Well here is a record of a recent
incident.
Not content with carrying out this vulgar act, the man
emptied his car of rubbish by throwing it (the rubbish) onto the
waste ground. A rubbish container was within ten feet of his car.
