This is my first photograph of a Fieldfare.
A Coot fighting the wind and strong current to cross the River Witham at Fiskerton.
Two hanging feeders. A foolhardy or daring individual?
One week ago I showed you two geese on the River Witham at Fiskerton. Here they are looking for food.
Partial rainbow at lunchtime on Friday.
To be able to sing louder and shriller than his competitor Mr Robin puffed-up his chest so much he split his sweater.
A quintessential reminder – a pier, pebbles, people and deckchairs – of summer in the UK.

The articles I include in this personal Blog will include a varied range of subjects that interest me. They will predominantly relate to the United Kingdom (my homeland), Spain and Europe. Any opinions I express will probably not be too contentious, however they are mine and not that of any organisation or group of which I am a member.
